What’s usually included/not included in a trek

Tea- House Trek cost includes

• Domestic Land transportation (Bus and Taxi)
• Guides, Porters.
• Food Set meals at teahouses.
• Permits all fees (except restricted areas ie.Upper Mustang) Conservation fees (TIMS)
• First aid kit
• Insurance Comprehensive cover for guides/porters

Tea- House Trek cost not includes

• Any type of personal expenses – bar bill, drinks, phone, video/camera fees where applicable, etc.
• Air fares Internal or external (unless quoted).
• Rescue charges if applicable – you are advised to insure for this.
• Medical Insurance / expenses of trekkers.
• Tips for guide/porter (allow RP. 150 per day) we do not include this in the cost of your trip as they would not then see it as a token of your appreciation of their hard work.
